Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online shop elty.studio with elty GmbH (“we”). A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (§ 13 BGB).

The purchase contract is concluded with elty GmbH. Product listings in the shop are not binding offers but an invitation to order. By clicking “Buy now (payment due)” you place a binding order for the items in your bag. The contract is formed when we confirm receipt of the order by email immediately after submission.

We store the contract text. Your order data and these terms are sent to you by email; you can review your orders in your account at any time. The contract language is German.

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT, plus shipping. Standard shipping within Germany costs €6.95; orders from €200 ship free. Express shipping costs €12.90. The applicable shipping costs are shown during checkout before you place the order.

We deliver within Germany. Delivery takes 2–4 working days for standard and 1–2 working days for express shipping from conclusion of the contract. Should an item unexpectedly be unavailable, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already received.

Payment is by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. Your payment method is charged when the order is placed. We reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods in individual cases.

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form are in the withdrawal policy. We pay the cost of return shipping.

The statutory warranty law applies. If delivered goods are defective, you have the statutory rights to supplementary performance, withdrawal, price reduction and damages under §§ 434 ff. BGB.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. For questions or complaints, reach us at hello@elty.studio — we almost always find a simple solution.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; for consumers this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protections of the state of their habitual residence. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
