Withdrawal policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period begins on receipt of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (elty GmbH, email: hello@elty.studio) of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g. by email, or via the button at the top of this page). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. Sending your notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will never be charged fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. We bear the cost of return shipping — a prepaid return label is included with every delivery.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
