How long does shipping take?+
Standard shipping with DHL takes 2–4 working days within Germany. Express 1–2 working days. Shipping is free over €200.
How do returns work?+
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt. Return the piece unworn with its tag; a return label is included with every order.
How do I find my size?+
Our cuts run generous. The size guide lists all measurements in centimetres, taken flat. When in doubt, take the smaller size.
Where do the materials come from?+
We work with a few mills in Portugal and Italy. Every product lists material and origin on its product page.
Which payment methods are available?+
Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. All prices include VAT.
How do I care for my pieces?+
Every piece carries its own care recommendation. In general: wash cool, dry flat, iron sparingly.
